The 953 Series Test lead has one end that serves as a probe, with a stainless steel test point that fulfills a dual function. The tip can be inserted into a standard banana jack, or used to penetrate insulating and backing layers of PC boards. A cap is provided to protect the tip when not in use. The other end of the lead is a shrouded straight 9 leaf spring standard banana plug with molded strain relief and the plug is insulated to prevent user from
