This adaptor lead is replacement for the Simpson # 08379. Has needle tip probe on one end and #10 lug on other. The TIP on this lead is made of .080" Dia. X 5/8" long stainless steel with a polished point for insulation piercing. Threaded 8-32 for attachments. (Nickel plated). The PROBE is 4.25" molded flame retardant ABS plastic. . WIRE is 18 ga. (65x36) tinned copper stranding, rubber insulation .145" Dia. 20KV breakdown 5KV working...  Standard length is 4 feet, sold as sets 1 red, 1 black. RATED 1000 VOLTS 10 AMP
